We all long for salvation from something. Life often does not go how we would like or expect, and we often think, "I'd never thought I'd be here."
Are you serving a Jesus of your own making, one that is cut from your imagination to deliver you from your specific prison or suffering?
Is he a counterfeit Jesus, built with your expectations?
Which Jesus do you follow?
And is He the Christ of the Bible, who is looking not to deliver you from all suffering and pain on this earth yet, but from something more sinister and enslaving, hiding within yourself?
Do you truly want to be free?
Surrender yourself to Christ, and trust Him to save you from the real enemy.
